Refund Policy

Ciphrix operates as a B2B SaaS platform. Subscription purchases are governed by the Terms of Service and any applicable order form or agreement.
Once platform access is provisioned and the subscription period has started, fees are non-refundable, except where rights cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Customers may raise refund concerns by contacting support@ciphrix.com within 14 days of subscription start. Requests submitted after this window are not considered.
Any goodwill refund determination is made at Ciphrix's sole discretion and may consider onboarding delivered, platform usage, and fees paid for the relevant period.
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
